Obama cancels Colorado Spings rally to monitor hurricane:

Is Colorado gone for good now? RR rally at Red Rocks was huge. Obama probably could only draw a crowd in Denver if Springsteen was there and The Beatles reunited.

The Colorado Springs rally was a curious choice considering it is the seat of the Republican power base. Since I live in CS, I’m glad he’s not coming.

Obama is going to try to be president for the hurricane to impress voters with the actions of government. This is horrid to say but I’d imagine they are quietly hoping it makes ground in Virginia or nearby so he can show them how awesome government services are

I would love to see the possible scenarios that may result from Sandy. Who would benefit from the power outages if anybody? Obama’s early vote edge carrying more weight? Or low propensity voters even less likely to vote? Less NYC votes to bank towards the national tally?

While everyone is looking at Sandy the Romney owned voting machines in Ohio, Virginia and Texas will be busy with their sleight-of-hand.
